PeppyOwl is a web design and development practice, a sole proprietorship firm of Kanchan based in New Delhi. We build landing pages, websites and web applications for businesses that measure what their website actually does.
Built on the parts of agency work that were broken
Most people who have commissioned a website have the same two complaints: the timeline slipped and the final invoice did not match the quote. We started this studio to run the opposite way — write the scope down, fix the price, commit to a date, and absorb the cost when our own estimate is wrong.
We are deliberately small. That means you speak to the person building your site rather than an account manager relaying messages, and it means we take on fewer projects than we could. It also means we say no to work outside what we do well, which is why the service list is six items long and not sixteen.
The work is split between conversion-focused landing pages for campaign traffic, marketing websites for businesses that need credibility and inbound leads, and custom applications for teams who have outgrown spreadsheets.

Written scope
Everything we will build is listed before we start. If it is not on the document, it is not in the price — and we tell you that up front rather than at invoice time.
Dates we keep
We quote timelines we can hold with the workload we already have. If we are the reason a date slips, we absorb the cost of catching up.
No lock-in
Code, domains, hosting and every account we create belong to you. You can take the site to another developer whenever you want, with documentation in hand.
Measured results
Analytics and conversion tracking are part of the build, not an upsell. You should be able to check our work against your own numbers.

Through the contact form or by email. Even a rough one is enough — we will ask the questions that fill the gaps.
We scope it
A 30-minute call, then a written scope, timeline and fixed quote within two business days. No charge, no obligation.
We build it
Design, then development on a staging URL you can watch. Weekly updates. Revisions at the points where they are cheapest.
You own it
We deploy, verify tracking, hand over code, accounts and documentation, and stay on support for 30 days.
Who we are not the right fit for
We are not the cheapest option, and we will not take a project we do not think we can do well. If you need a £100 template site, a marketplace will serve you better. If you need work outside web design, development and performance — branding, video, paid media buying — we will tell you so and, where we can, point you to someone who does it properly.
